Our Social Media licensed investigators conduct comprehensive, in-depth investigations that utilize OSINT (open-source Intelligence) techniques and advanced methods of research to locate publicly available information associated with a claim.

Unlike most companies, our Social Media investigations are conducted across the Internet, which includes but is not limited to, merely Social Media websites. Plus, we typically go back 2-3 months prior to our client’s date of loss/injury!

At GCS, we conduct an in-depth analysis of the data that we observe and provide a complete and thorough report of our findings. Each report includes one main summary followed by screenshots and ALL corresponding metadata. We deliver each final report as a PDF that contains links to allow the reader(s) to navigate easier and jump to a specific area in the report at any given time. Finally, ALL media that is deemed relevant (videos) is obtained and stored for the client for further review.
